Download attachments in interaction
If the selected interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element. includes attachments, download them through the Attachments icon in the Text toolbar. Attachments are unavailable if they are either corrupted or exceed the maximum file size. See the number of attachments in the interaction header.
