Audio waveform

The audio waveform is a linear, color-coded amplitude that represents the voice energy levels of the employee and the customer. An absence of amplitude indicates a silent part of the conversation. Based on the recording configuration, view and play back audio waveforms in either stereo or mono mode.

Stereo mode

Separates the employee and customer sides of the conversation in the same waveform. You can listen to each side of the conversation on a different speaker, and control the volume of each speaker separately.
