Download and send interactions

When downloading or sending an interaction, the following options are available:

Encrypted: Use this option to send or download encrypted interactions to recipient desktops that have Windows Media Player and Multimedia Support Package installed. To play an encrypted interaction, the recipient must enter their user name and password in the WFO sign in screen. If morphing is configured, you can download or share interactions with or without morphing, depending on your privileges.
