Screen tab

The Screen tab appears only if your system configuration includes screen recording functionality, you have privileges to play screen recordings, your Player Application that displays recorded interaction data in audio waveform format, which is a color-coded display of the voice energy levels of the employee and customer. The Player also provides metadata about the interaction. preferences (under Preferences) are set to display screen recordings, and the selected interaction includes a screen recording.

You can detach the screen recording display from the Screen tab and open it in a new window. You can move the new window to any part of the screen, and resize it.
