Video tab

The Video tab displays the video recording of an interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element. and includes separate video streams for the participants in the interaction.

For video recordings with multiple participants (for example, Microsoft Teams meeting), the display includes a frame with separate video streams for each participant. The frame displays up to nine participants, and includes only participants whose video was turned on during the interaction. If a participant shared their screen during the interaction, the share recording is available in the Share tab.

The video display is synchronized with the current location on the audio waveform.

The Video tab appears only if your system configuration includes video recording functionality, you have privileges to play video recordings, your Player Application that displays recorded interaction data in audio waveform format, which is a color-coded display of the voice energy levels of the employee and customer. The Player also provides metadata about the interaction. preferences (under Preferences) are set to display video, and the selected interaction includes a video recording.

You can detach the video recording display from the Video tab and open it in a new window. You can move the new window to any part of the screen, and resize it.

Moving to a different workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. closes the window while saving its current location.
Clicking the Close button in the new window, closes the window without saving its location.
Selecting a different interaction with a video recording automatically opens the recording in a new window, in the same location.
You can play, pause, stop, and set the volume directly from the new window. When you click the playback Process of selecting a recorded interaction, playing it back to listen to the call, and viewing the content of the interaction on the screen. controls in the new window, the playback controls in the Player display the same state.

	New window	Does one of the following: Opens the video recording display in a new window. Closes the new window while saving its location, and restores the video display to the Video tab.
