Self-evaluations in reports

Self-evaluations performed by employees can be included in the Interactions reports, depending on the type of report being executed.

Self-evaluations impact reports as follows:

  • Reports that focus on evaluators (that is, reports having the evaluator displayed in the X-axis of the report), do not include self-evaluations

  • Reports that focus on organizations/groups and employees (that is, reports having the organizations/groups or employees displayed in the X-axis of the report) include self-evaluations

To exclude self-evaluations of employees when running a report (or to display them separately), do one of the following:

If a leader who is also an employee performed self-evaluations, the self-evaluations are included in evaluator-focused reports. The self-evaluations are also included in reports where the evaluator is selected as a report parameter.
