Update an Inbox rule

You can edit or delete any of your Inbox rules.

You can also change the order (or priorities) of your rules to verify that the rules are processed in a certain sequence. This action is relevant for the Fulfill quota per employee mode, where the order of your rules is significant.

Before you begin 

Procedure 

  1. From the Inbox folder, click Inbox Settings.

  2. Locate the rule you want to update and do one of the following:

    • To edit this rule, click edit and change any of the fields as required.

    • To delete this rule, click delete.

    • To change the order in which a rule is displayed (Fulfill quota per employee mode only), drag and drop the rule to its required position.

  3. Click Save.
