Update an Inbox rule
You can edit or delete any of your Inbox rules.
You can also change the order (or priorities) of your rules to verify that the rules are processed in a certain sequence. This action is relevant for the Fulfill quota per employee mode, where the order of your rules is significant.
Before you begin

Verify that in the User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. application you have the privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access. to customize your Inbox.

Verify that the Inbox folder is assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager Interactions application that allows administrators to define user access permissions and scope of the Interactions and Analytics applications..
Procedure

From the Inbox folder, click Inbox Settings.

Locate the rule you want to update and do one of the following:

To edit this rule, click
and change any of the fields as required.

To delete this rule, click
.

To change the order in which a rule is displayed (Fulfill quota per employee mode only), drag and drop the rule to its required position.

Click Save.
