Evaluation Date

Description

Used to search for evaluations according to dates and times, as follows:

From/To: you can search according to a date and time range during which the evaluations were submitted (default dates correspond to the last 30 days, configurable)
From the last x days: you can search for evaluations submitted today plus during the last x days, where x is the number of days that you enter. The default is 30 days; it is configurable.

The retrieved data always include data for today. Typing 1 retrieves data for today and yesterday. Typing 2 retrieves data for today and yesterday and the previous day. This field does not support the 0 option. You cannot use it to search for data for today only.

Field information

From/To: click to select the From and To dates. Type the From and To times for which you want to search. The default time is from 00:00 to 23:59.

The date and time format is configured during system installation and can differ from customer to customer.
From the last x days: type a value between 1–999 days.

Indexed

It is an indexed field, meaning that performing a search based on this field improves the search performance.

Note

If you define a date range that is greater than 31 days, add extra criteria to the search.

Employees who only have visibility to their own interactions and evaluations can search for a date range greater than 31 days without adding additional criteria to their search.
