Flags (Contact flags/Evaluation flags)
Description
Used to tag contacts and evaluations that require further attention.
The flags Tracking mechanism in the Interactions and Analytics application that marks interactions and evaluations, to indicate that these entities need further attention and follow-up actions. that you can view are assigned to your group and role in the Assignment Manager Interactions application that allows administrators to define user access permissions and scope of the Interactions and Analytics applications..
You can search interactions, evaluations, and assessments according to assigned flags as follows:

When searching for interactions/assessments, you can search according to assigned flags of the contact The entire communication experience for a customer, from beginning to end.

When searching for evaluations, you can search according to assigned flags of the evaluations
Field information
Select one or more values from the list according to which you want to search. Select Select All to search according to all the values that appear in the list (all the check boxes in the list are selected).
Use the flag Search field to locate the relevant flag by typing all or part of the flag name.

It is an indexed field, meaning that performing a search based on this field improves the search performance.
Note

If you search for interactions according to contact flags, you cannot include in your search criteria the Indicate my Evaluations option (due to database constraints). No search results are returned when both fields are selected.
