Full-text searches on interactions are performed in a specific language.

Field information

By default, the Language field in the Text tab is set to the language that you selected for full-text searches under Preferences, select Interactions Product that assists contact centers increase operational effectiveness and improves the customer experience through full-time recording, powerful quality monitoring, compliance/liability management, rich reports, and an intuitive, dashboard-style interface.. To override the default full-text search language, select a different language from the list. The language that you select must match the language of the terms or phrases that you enter in the Text field, otherwise no results will be returned.
