PBX ID
Description
It is either the ID the employee uses to log on to the switch, or the employee computer logon name.
In searches, it is used to search for interactions, evaluations, and assessments.
Field information
If the switch/CTI Server does not provide a PBX ID, type the logon name in this field.
Valid characters
This value is a Unicode character data. You can type multiple values, separated by a comma. The value can contain up to 256 alphanumeric characters.

Wildcard usage

You can search for a PBX ID using either the single character placeholder (?) or multi-character placeholder (*).
For example, when you type 22*, the system retrieves interactions with both employee 2244 and employee 2255.

In searches with multiple PBX ID values, wildcards are not permitted.
Indexed
It is an indexed field, meaning that performing a search based on this field improves the search performance.
