View and understand theme data

After setting the context for theme discovery, view the themes Groups of expressions used in Speech and Text Analytics that help users understand what is happening in their calls, without the need to know what to look for in advance. surfaced by the system, and understand their impact by selecting the relevant performance metrics. Setting the metrics help you easily focus on themes that are relevant for your investigation.

Procedure 

  1. Select the type of theme content to display:

  2. Select the performance metrics, according to which you want to view theme data:

    1. Size: Select the metric that you want represented by the size of the cells.

    2. Color: Select the metric that you want represented by the color of the cells.

    Based on your selection, theme data is displayed accordingly. The colors on the left side of the scale represent low values. The colors on the right side of the scale represent high values.

  3. To view details about a specific theme, point to the cell represented by the theme.

    • Theme metrics: The theme's metrics.

    • Top Items: Shows up to five items that define the business issue that the theme represents.

  4. To view theme content, click the cell representing the theme.
