Category |
The name of the category. The Emotions category is a predefined category that captures interactions that indicate customer dissatisfaction or any other emotion. The name of this category cannot be changed. |
State |
The category state, and can be one of the following:

Publishing state |
Applies to Published categories. The synchronization status of category data with the system databases, and can be one of the following:

Last Update |
The last date the category definition was updated (supports US date format only—MM/DD/YYYY). |
Updated By |
The user who last updated the category definition. |
$ Impact |
Represents the financial impact of interactions associated with this category, allowing you to prioritize issues that have a greater impact on performance and profitability. |

Indicates that the category contains a filter. To view details about the filter, point to the Filter icon to open an information tooltip with the filter information. |

Delete Category |
