Real-time Category List details

The real-time Category List contains a detailed list of all the existing Published and Inactive real-time categories.

Edit Category	Opens the Edit Category workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. where you can edit the category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions..
Category	The name of the category.
State	The category state, and can be one of the following: Published: Fully leverages the real-time category with the Recorder Analytics Rules. Inactive: Represents real-time categories that exist in the application, but cannot be used. Inactive categories serve as drafts for future categories or are outdated categories that are no longer relevant.
Last Update	The last date the category definition was updated (supports US date format only - MM/DD/YYYY).
Updated By	The user who last updated the category definition.
Terms	The terms defined for the category.
Delete Category	Deletes the category.
