Test, save & activate the real-time category

Test the category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions.’s precision and verify that it is generating the interactions that properly fit your real-time rules requirements, and then save and publish it. Use published real-time categories to define Recorder Analytics Rules.

Before you begin 

Define terms for the real-time category

Procedure 

  1. Click Test Category.

  2. Listen to the top 10 interactions in the list.

  3. Do one of the following:

  4. Once you are satisfied with the real-time category definition, change the category state to Published.

  5. Click Save.

    After saving the real-time category and changing its state to Published, the category is available for defining the Recorder Analytics Rules conditions.
