Copy a category

You can copy a category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. to create a new category based on an the definitions of an existing category.

Procedure 

1. Go to the Design Categories workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program..

2. From the Category List, select the category to copy and then click Edit.

3. Click Create a copy.

4. Enter a new name for the category and click OK.

5. Change the category terms and details (if required).

6. Click Save.
