Filter by date

Filter by date range to analyze interactions recorded within a specific time frame. In addition, you can filter according to the time of day to further refine the data set.

Filter options

• Any date: Retrieves all interactions regardless of the date on which the interactions were recorded.

• From the last x days: Filter by a historical date range, from 1 to 999. Filter from the current date (today), for the past specified number of days. Today is always automatically included.

  To filter by today and yesterday, set to 1. To include the past two days from today, set to 2.

• From To: Filter by a custom date range and time, starting today. The time can range from 00:00 to 23:59.

Time of day options

For any date range filter, you can retrieve interactions during one of these intra-day time frames: Morning , Midday, Afternoon, Evening, or Night.

Selecting Any date, and selecting a Time of day such as Afternoon, filters by all interactions recorded during the afternoon hours.
