Filter by employees

Filter by employees, organizations, and groups in your company. Filtering by an organization or a group selects all the employees that belong to the organization or group.

The employees, groups, and organizations displayed depend on your scope and privileges assigned to you in the User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. application.

Filter options

  • Employee ListEmployees

    To filter by employees, click the view that best suits your requirements:

    • Employee List Alphabetical list of employees by last names. Up to 2500 employees are displayed.

    • Employees by Organization Employees by organizations

    • Employees by Group Employees by groups in organization

  • Organizations Organizations

  • Groups Groups

Selecting employees, organizations, and groups

You can select single or multiple organizations, employees, and groups, within the same view, and across different views. For example, you can select employees from Employees and groups from Groups.

  • Selecting multiple elements from the same view filters interactions that include any of the selected elements (OR relationship between the elements).

  • Searching by multiple elements from different views, finds interactions that include all the selected elements (AND relationship between the elements).

Predefined/custom filters for Employees

For Employee List Employees only (list view), you can optionally apply a predefined filter, or click Custom employee filter icon to create and apply a custom employee filter.
