Remove a trend from view

After adding a trend Feature in Speech and Text Analytics that helps users identify changes in customer communication with the contact center, understand any emerging tendencies, and pinpoint any significant events that may require close attention. to the Trend View, you can easily remove it to customize your view.

Before you begin 

View trend details in Trend View

Procedure 

  1. From the Current View, point to the trend and click Remove or the X.

    The trend is added to the Recent Plot (a history trend view list) under the Current View.

  2. For more options:

    1. To add the trend back to the Trend View, from Recent Plot, point to the term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. and click Add to Plot.

    2. To delete the trend from the Recent Plot (and entirely from the Trend View), click Delete.
