Select model for transcript tuning

Select the language and vocabulary for which to review suggestions in the Tune Transcripts workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program.. The workspace displays up to 1000 of the most recent suggestions.

Procedure 

1. Go to Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions.. Under Tune, select Transcripts.

2. From the Model list on the left, select the language and vocabulary for which to review suggestions.

3. Optional: If required, filter suggestions by one or more states:

   • Pending: Suggestions that have been submitted but not reviewed.

   • Approved: Suggestions that have been reviewed and approved for export.

   • Rejected: Suggestions that have been reviewed and rejected.

     Because the workspace displays up to 1000 of the most recent suggestions, to retrieve the suggestions most relevant to the action you want to perform, filter suggestions by the required state.
