Coaching Overview

In Coaching Application that provides a method of directing, instructing and training a person or group of people, with the aim of achieving a set goal or developing specific skills., you can manage, document, and track coaching interactions.

Depending on their privileges, administrators, supervisors, managers, and schedulers can:

  • Assign a coaching task for a supervising employee to coach other employees

  • Attach artifacts (such as KPIs, evaluations, or lessons) and external documents

  • Configure alerts about the need for coaching

  • Schedule individual and group coaching sessions

  • Configure how long coaching sessions are saved in the Enterprise Manager (see the Enterprise Manager Configuration and Administration Guide for details)
