Adding file or URL attachments to a coaching session

You can attach a file or a URL to a coaching session from this page using the fields below.

The fields displayed on this page include:

Field	Description
Name	(Required) The name of the attachment. The name must not contain []<>"&!?\
Location	(Required) Choices are File or URL. For a file attachment, click Choose File and select the file to attach. Filenames which contain !:~{ }?@#&<>=+\|'“ are not permitted. For a URL attachment, enter the address of the website.
Comment	A free text field, up to a maximum of 200 characters, that you can use to add a comment about the attachment.
Hidden from Employee	Check the box if you do not want the attachment to be visible from the employee page.

To attach the selected content to the coaching session, click Attach.
To open a new window showing the URL attachment content, or to automatically download a file-based attachment to your local Downloads folder, click View.
To close the window and return to the coaching session form page, click Cancel.

We strongly recommend using URL attachments over the file attachment option. Loading files as Coaching attachments places the content directly into the database. Over time, with many attachments, the requirements could exceed the space allocated on your database server for attachments. Individual attachments are limited to 50 MB.
