Create or edit a coaching session

You can create a coaching session for an individual employee or a group of employees, or edit an existing coaching session.

Create a coaching session

You can create a coaching session for an individual employee or a group of up to 100 employees.

Procedure 

  1. In the left pane, select the organization for which you want to create the coaching session.

  2. Click Create.

    Coaching Application that provides a method of directing, instructing and training a person or group of people, with the aim of achieving a set goal or developing specific skills. sessions can automatically be created for an individual employee by an Organization Alert Rule when a KPI is out of range. Refer to the Coaching Administration Guide for more details.
    In addition, supervisors can create coaching sessions for an individual employee from the Interactions Review Workspace in the Interactions application. Refer to the Interactions User Guide for more details.

  3. Define the Manage Coaching Session settings:

    • Properties

    • Schedule Details

    • Attachments

  4. Do one of the following:

    • To save your session, click Save.

    • To return to the Manage Coaching page without saving your session, click Cancel.

Edit a coaching session

You can edit existing individual and group coaching sessions.

Procedure 

  1. In the left pane, select the organization of the coaching session that you wan to edit.

  2. Select the coaching session that you want to edit.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Edit the coaching session.

  5. Do one of the following:

    • To save your changes to the session, click Save.

    • To return to the Manage Coaching page, click Cancel.

    • To restore the settings that were in force when you selected the session for editing (provided you have not saved your changes), click Revert.
