Employee Selector

The Employee Selector popup lists the employees in the organization from which to select for a single employee or up to 100 employees for a group coaching session.

Procedure 

  1. To display a list of employees, click the Employee Selector icon (Selector icon) next to Employee(s).

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To select all employees displayed in the Employee list, click Select All.

    • To select multiple employees:

      • For a consecutive group of employees, press Shift as you make your selection, and then click Set

      • For non-consecutive employees, press CTRL while you select each employee, and then click Set.

    • To unselect employees, click Select None.

    • To select a specific employee, highlight the employee name and click Set.

    • To stop the employee selection, click Cancel.

The maximum number of employees that can be selected for a group coaching session is 100.
