Identification Rules screen reference

The Identification Rules screen lists all Identification Rules that currently exist, and provides information about each Identification Rule. You can create, edit, or delete Identification Rules from this screen.

Use the table that follows to learn about the fields and options available on the Identification Rules screen.

  • Create Identification Rule icon Create Identification Rule icon - Click this icon to create a new Identification Rule.

  • Check Configuration icon Configuration Checker icon - Click this icon to launch a utility that detects configuration problems with recording systems.

  • Configuration Messages Status icon Configuration Messages Status icon- Click this icon to see the status of configuration changes currently being processed by the Enterprise Manager application.

Name

Specifies the name of the Identification Rule.

Person Type

Indicates the type of user the Identification Rule was created to identify.

You cannot edit this field if the Identification Rule is assigned to a Recorder Analytics Rule.

The possible values are:

Attribute

Specifies the interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element. attribute(s) the Identification Rule contains.

Actions

Hover the mouse over an Identification Rule to display these icons for the rule in the Actions column:

Edit icon Edit icon - Select an Identification rule and click this icon to edit the rule.

Delete icon Delete icon - Select an Identification Rule and click this icon to delete the rule.

Note: You cannot edit or delete an Identification Rule that is currently assigned to a Recorder Analytics Rule.
