Identification Rules screen reference
The Identification Rules screen lists all Identification Rules that currently exist, and provides information about each Identification Rule. You can create, edit, or delete Identification Rules from this screen.
Use the table that follows to learn about the fields and options available on the Identification Rules screen.

Name |
Specifies the name of the Identification Rule. |
Person Type |
Indicates the type of user the Identification Rule was created to identify. You cannot edit this field if the Identification Rule is assigned to a Recorder Analytics Rule. The possible values are:

Attribute |
Specifies the interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element. attribute(s) the Identification Rule contains.
