Turn on Accessibility Compliance Mode

While most accessibility features are available upon signing in to the portal Home page or main UI access point for all WFO applications., some features work better when you turn on Accessibility Compliance Mode on the Preferences page.

Procedure 

  1. Press Tab until the User actions menu is in focus, and then press Enter.

  2. Press the Down arrow key until the Preferences option is in focus, and then press Enter.

  3. Press Tab until the Use Accessibility Compliance Mode option is in focus, and press the Space bar to select the option.

  4. Press Tab until the focus is on the OK button, and then press Enter.

  5. Press Enter again to confirm refreshing the browser
