Creation of employees in Risk Management is based on the employees defined in the User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. module.

Before you begin 

  • If creating an employee: Create the employee in the User Management module.

  • If creating a customer: Create a field.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Risk Management. Under Configure, select the type of person you want to configure (Employees or Customers or Targets).

  2. Under Person Details, click Details, and click create Create icon.

  3. If creating an employee:

    1. Click the Employee Name field.

    2. From the employee selector, locate and select an employee from the organizational hierarchy Hierarchy set up by administrators (via the EM) that is structured according to the managerial and employee hierarchy in the company. that you want to add to Risk Management.

      • Select all employees or no employees

      • Refresh the list for any recent changes to employees

  4. If creating a customer or a target:

    1. Enter the Enrollment Name. The Enrollment Name is what is displayed in Risk Management.

    2. Complete the field values appropriate for that person. The fields available are what you configured in the Fields area of Risk Management.

      Although you can enter field values for targets, the system does not use them.

  5. Click save Save icon.

    If no people exist for the type selected (employees, customer, or targets), use of the save icon is not available until you enter data in the Person Details fields. Complete the preceding steps of person creation before trying to save the person details.
