Date range search

Used in searches (displayed in the Advanced Search’s Date Range section), search for interactions according to recording dates and times.

Default dates correspond to the last 7 days, which is configurable. For example, use this option if you know the date that an interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element. took place.

Where to find

From Advanced Search, select Date Range.

Field Information

The four fields displayed are: From date, From time, To date, and To time. Click the Calendar icon to select the From and To dates and type the From and To times for which you want to search (default time is from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM).

The date and time format is configured during system installation and may differ from customer to customer.

Indexed

This is an indexed field meaning that performing a search based on this field improves the search performance.

Usage notes

If you define a date range that is greater than 30 days, the search must be accompanied by additional criteria.
