Employee search

Search for interactions based on the associated employees. The employees displayed depend on your scope and privileges assigned to you in the User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. application.

Where to find

Field Information

From the Employees list, select one or more values you want to search. If required, use the Shift and Control keys to select more than one value. In advanced search only, click Move right icon to select the required values.

To filter the list, select an available filter. To create your own filter, click Create new filter icon.

Use the Search field to search for the relevant value by typing all or part of the value.

Indexed

This is an indexed field meaning that performing a search based on this field improves the search performance.

Usage notes

The indexed search improvements are disabled when multiple persons are selected. In such usage, the search must be accompanied by additional criteria.
