Recorder search

Search for interactions based on Recorder used for recording. The Recorder records the audio component of enterprise transactions and then compresses it. The Recorder marks interactions in the Contact Database Server role in the Data Center that includes long-term interactions. The Contact Database is optimized for searching operations, and interactions are inserted and updated in bulk operations. and can be configured to do so selectively, based on instructions received from the Integration Service or a recording application such as Record On-Demand.
