The Real-Time Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions. Stream States object provides the following counters to see activity for audio stream state processing.

Total Streams in StartingOnDP state	Sum of all streams currently starting on decision processors. A decision processor determines if a condition is satisfied based on keyword and category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. evaluation Form used to review employee performance for a specific interaction, which evaluates proficiency in handling interactions and delivering services to a customer.. Streams quickly transition from the StartingOnDP state to the StartingOnStreamHandler state.
Total Streams in StartingOnStreamHandler state	Sum of all streams currently in StartingOnStreamHandler state. Streams quickly transition from the StartingOnStreamHandler state to the StartedOnStreamHandler state.
Total Streams in StartedOnStreamHandler state	Sum of all streams currently in StartedOnStreamHandler state. Typically, streams stay in this state for most the processing time.
Total Streams in StoppingOnStreamHandler state	Sum of all streams currently in StoppingOnStreamHandler state. Streams quickly transition from the StoppingOnStreamHandler state to StoppedOnStreamHandler state.
