Columns in Risk Management for trading

For Trading environments, certain column names used in Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework. search results can differ from the term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. used for specific trading switch integrations. Columns not referenced use the standard column name in the user interface. For more details, consult your switch documentation.

The device refers to a talking or listening device on a turret. Examples of device types include Handset, Speaker, Microphone, Intercom, and Broadcast. The data used for PBX login IDs, device types, and device IDs vary based on your specific switch integration.
