Trader Group ID (Trading only) search

Search for interactions based on the value of the group ID. The group ID represents a collection Group of back-office Contributions from one or more employees connected to a single customer or account captured by DPA. Collections are used for analyzing and improving back-office efficiency and quality. of traders defined on the switch.

Where to find

From Advanced Search, select Trading.

Field Information

To select how you would like to search, use the drop-down list box. Select from:

Less than: returns interactions with a value below the value you supply.
Between: returns interactions with a value between the two values you supply.
More than: returns interactions with a value above the value you supply.
Equal: returns interactions with a value matching the value you supply.
Not equal: returns interactions with a value other than the value you supply.

Usage notes

Trader Group ID is a generic name; the specific integration in use determines how the Trader Group ID maps to a specific field. Not used for all integrations.
