Trader Group Name (Trading only) search

Search for interactions based on the value of the group name. The group name represents a collection Group of back-office Contributions from one or more employees connected to a single customer or account captured by DPA. Collections are used for analyzing and improving back-office efficiency and quality. of traders defined on the switch.

Where to find

From Advanced Search, select Trading.

Field Information

Enter the name of the group of traders to include recordings for that group.

Usage notes

Trader Group Name is a generic name; the specific integration in use determines how the Trader Group Name maps to a specific field. Not used for all integrations.
