Advanced search: Recorders
For environments that use the Keep Duplicate Recording feature, use the Recorders tab to find interactions from both the primary and secondary recorders. Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework. enables you to access the interactions from both recorders for search and replay. Is Primary Session: Find interactions based on the primary or secondary copy.

Yes: Finds interactions recorded only on a primary Recorder. Yes is the default value.

No: Finds interactions recorded only on a secondary Recorder.

Both: Finds interactions recorded from both the primary and the secondary Recorders.
Use of the Both option enables more Keep Duplicate Recording features in your search results.
