Remove legal hold from a case

Remove the legal hold status from a case when you no longer need to use the case for compliance or legal purposes.

An interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element. can be removed from legal hold in three ways. First, by deleting it from a legal hold case. Second, by removing the legal hold status from a case. Third, by deleting the legal hold case. After the interaction is removed from legal hold:

Before you begin 

Access a case that is under legal hold.

Procedure 

  1. On the right side of the page, open the workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. shortcut menu.

  2. Click Remove Legal Hold.

  3. To complete the removal of legal hold from the case, from the dialog box displayed, click Remove Legal Hold.
