Assign an eLearning lesson
You can assign an eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools. lesson to an employee while handling an interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. Once assigned, you can review information such as the lesson status of your employee, score achieved and the time it took to complete the lesson.
In addition, employees can assign themselves lessons based on an interaction that they performed.
Before you begin

Verify that in the User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. application you have the eLearning privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access. to create/edit/delete lesson assignments.

Verify that lessons have been created in the eLearning application.
Procedure

Access the interaction you want to work with.

To assign a lesson to the employee related to the interaction, click
.The lesson assignments of the employee related to your current interaction are displayed (under eLearning).

To assign lessons to the employee, click Create Assignments.

Select a lesson to assign and click Save.

To return to the Interaction application, from the main menu select Interactions.
The lesson is assigned to the employee. To see the assignment, go to My Home, select My eLearning, and take the lesson.
