Change the results set columns
You can change the results set columns to display the results set in different ways for the selected search type (interactions or evaluations). Adding or removing a column or rearranging the column order impacts the refining fields order as well.
If you change the results set columns, the new display is applied to new searches of that search type.
Procedure

To rearrange the column order:

For a single column, drag and drop the column to the relevant position.

For multiple columns at once:

Point to any column name, click the arrow, and select Columns.

Under Selected Columns, select one or more column names.

Click the up/down arrows to rearrange the position.

Click OK.

To sort search results according to a specific column:

Point to the column name to sort by, and click the arrow.

Select the relevant sort option.

To add columns:
-
Point to any column name, click the arrow, and select Columns.

Under Available Columns, select one or more columns:

Use CTRL + click to select multiple, non-consecutive column names.

Use SHIFT + click to select multiple, consecutive column names.

Do one of the following:

Drag and drop the selected columns to the requested position in the Selected Columns list.

Use the right arrow to move the columns to the bottom of the Selected Columns list, and then use the up/down arrows to move the columns to the requested position.
As you add columns to the Selected Columns list, the number of selected columns (out of the maximum recommended number of columns) displayed at the top of the list is updated. If you exceed the recommended number of columns, the numbers display in red.

Click OK.

To remove columns:

Point to any column name, click the arrow, and select Columns.

Under Selected Columns, select one or more columns:

Use CTRL + click to select multiple, non-consecutive column names.

Use SHIFT + click to select multiple, consecutive column names.

Drag and drop the selected columns to the Available Columns list, or use the left arrow.
The columns are added in alphabetical order to the list.

Click OK.

To restore the display to the default columns:

Point to any column name, click the arrow, and select Columns.

Click Restore Defaults.

Click OK.
