Export chart data

You can export chart data into PDF or Excel files.

You can export any chart available in your system, not only the ones you are currently viewing.

Procedure

  1. In any of the Analyze workspaces, click Additional ActionsAdditional Action.

  2. In the Additional Actions menu, select Export Chart Data.

  3. In the Export Chart Data Parameters dialog box, select PDF or Excel.

Chart reports in Excel format include the first 100 chart bars only.

  4. Under Select Chart Types, select the charts that you want to export and then click the left arrow.

    • To select all the charts under a chart type, select the chart type, and then click the arrow pointing to the right.

For example, to select all the Content charts, select Content and then click the arrow (Interaction Details). All the charts under Content are added to the Selected charts list.

    • To select a specific chart, expand the chart type list, and then select the specific charts.

For example, click the gray arrow to the left of Content and then select Categories and Keywords. Categories and Keywords are added to the Selected charts list.

To select multiple charts, hold the CTRL key and click the required charts.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Depending on your previous selections, you have the following options:

    • Include correlation to current search: Available only if you have performed a search before starting the Export Chart Data wizard. This option shows the percentage of interactions retrieved by the search out of all the interactions that match the selected chart and filter settings.

    • Add legend to charts in PDF: Available if you selected PDF format. Select this option to display a legend next to each chart in the report.

This option is only available when creating a PDF report.

  7. Click Continue.

  8. Type a name for your report, and then click Finish.

The report is created and added to the Exports List in Report > My Exports.
