Export interaction data

The Export Interaction Data report includes the following information:

Procedure 

  1. Select Analyze > Interactions.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To export data from multiple interactions, select them in the Search Results list.

      To select multiple interactions, hold the CTRL key and click the required interactions.

    • To export a specific number of interactions (without selecting specific ones), proceed to Step 3.

  3. Additional Actions Additional ActionExport Interaction Data.

  4. Select one of the following options:

    • Current results set (up to 2 million): exports all interactions (up to 2 million), in the current results set. Based on the actual number of interactions in the results set, the data is exported into multiple files. The filename is concatenated with the current number out of the total number of files, in the format (X out of X).

    • First <X> interactions by relevancy: exports the specified number of interactions from the current results set, sorted by relevancy. For example, if you type 10 in this field, the system only exports the first 10 interactions by relevancy.

    • Selected interactions: exports only the selected interactions.

    • Random selection of <X> interactions:exports the specified number of interactions according to a mixed order within the Search Results list.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Type a name for your report, and then click Finish.

    The report is created and added to the Exports List in Report > My Exports.
