Analyze a chart
You can analyze the data set that you are investigating using different types of charts. When you drill down into a specific chart, you actually add new filters to your search.
Charts help you fine-tune your search and explore correlations between changes and behaviors in interactions.
Procedure

Go to the Analyze Charts workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program..
The search path displays the current search history, if any.

If required, click Project Instance of the Speech and Text Analytics application that supports a different language or Line of Business (LOB)., and select the project for analysis.

If required, click My Data Set, and select the filters to define the subset of interactions for analysis.

Click Select Chart.

In the Charts list, expand a chart type and select the chart that you want to display.
The chart is updated with your selection.

Point to a chart bar.
The tooltip that appears shows:

The chart metrics name

The ratio of interactions associated with the metrics out of the total number of interactions in your current search

The interactions volume percentage (within parentheses)

On the Y-axis select the volume metric by which to analyze:

Volume (%)or Volume (#): The volume of interactions that match search and filter settings, as a percentage or number.

Correlation to current search (%) or Correlation to current search (#): The number of interactions retrieved by the content search out of the total number of interactions that match the filter settings.

To display additional data, on the toolbar select

To show the average for the selected Y-axis metrics, select Show average.
A dotted line appears behind the bars, representing the average volume of interactions.

For Content charts of type Categories, Category Root Cause and Category by Impact ($), to show only tagged categories, select Show only favorites.

To focus on a specific metric, point to the bar and from the tooltip that appears, select Drill Down.
After you drill down, the chart shows the selected metric, and the interactions that are associated with the selected category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. in the Categories bar chart. The selected category is displayed at the top of the chart.

To print or export the chart, click
, and then select the required option.
