Download category definitions from the Market Place
You can download predefined category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. definitions from the Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions. Marketplace that suit your business needs, without having to define them from scratch. Once downloaded, import the categories to make them available in Speech Analytics.
Before you begin

Verify that after importing categories, the resulting number of categories does not exceed 200.
Procedure

Go to Speech Analytics. Under Design, select Categories.

Click Additional Actions
Download Categories from Marketplace.The Speech Analytics Marketplace portal Home page or main UI access point for all WFO applications. opens in your default browser in a new tab.
If you are not currently signed in to the Speech Analytics Marketplace, you are directed to the signin screen. -
Under Version, select .

Under Language, select one or more languages supported by your Speech Analytics installation for the categories you want to download.
The Speech Analytics Marketplace displays category definitions for different verticals and business uses.
Select a Speech Analytics category definition group that you want to download.

Select Download, and save the .icd file to a local folder.

To download another category definition file:

Select Back to Listings.

Enter the required filters:

Under Product, select Speech Analytics.

Under Type, click the list box and select Categories.

Under Version, select .

Under Language, select one or more languages for the categories you want to download. Select languages supported by your Speech Analytics installation.

Return to the WFO portal, where you can now import the category.
