Export category definitions
You export categories to an external file to import the data to another project, or for reporting and analysis purposes.
Before you begin
Before you export category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. definitions, determine the purpose of the export: import to another system, backup, or analysis.
Procedure

Go to Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions.. Under Design, select Categories.

Do one of the following:

To export selected category definitions, select them in the Category List.

To export all the category definitions, proceed to Step 3.

Click Additional Actions
> Export Category Definitions. -
In the Select Format area, select one of the following:

To create an .icd file to import to another system or to restore the list of categories in this system, select Export to file for future import.

To create a PDF that you can use offline or share outside the system, select Export to PDF (category definition report).

In the Select Categories area, select one of the following:

All categories: exports all the categories associated in the project that you are working in.

Selected categories: exports only the selected categories.
This option is available only if you selected categories in the Category List.

Click Continue.

Type a name for your report, and then click Finish.

If you selected the Export to file option, you are asked to save the .icd file locally.

If you selected the Export to PDF option, a success message appears and the PDF file is added to the Exports List in Report > My Exports.
