Analyze theme content

You can select specific items (such as relations Two terms found in close proximity to each other in one interaction, used in Speech and Text Analytics.) from one or more themes Groups of expressions used in Speech and Text Analytics that help users understand what is happening in their calls, without the need to know what to look for in advance. and analyze them further in the Analyze Categories workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program..

Procedure 

1. From the themes map, select the cell (or cells) represented by the themes whose items you want to analyze.

   To select multiple themes, hold the CTRL key and click the required themes.

   The content of the themes you selected and their metrics appear on the right in the themes content view.

2. From the themes content view, select the items you want to analyze by pressing the CTRL key and clicking the items.

   As you select the items, they are highlighted and the counter on the bottom indicates how many are currently selected.

   You can select a maximum of 30 items.

   To cancel the selection, hold the CTRL key and click the relevant item again.

3. After selecting all the items you want, click Analyze Selected ().

   The system navigates you to the Analyze Categories workspace, and the data is filtered according to the items you selected (displayed under Current Search).

4. From Analyze Categories, continue analyzing the data accordingly.
