Create category from selected items

You can select specific items from one or more themes Groups of expressions used in Speech and Text Analytics that help users understand what is happening in their calls, without the need to know what to look for in advance. and create a category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions..

Themes describe a business issue that can be worth tracking. If the issue is of interest to you, you can create a category with the relevant content from themes.

Procedure

From the themes map, select the cell (or cells) represented by the themes whose items (terms or phrases) you want to add to a new category.

Select multiple themes by holding the CTRL key and clicking the required themes.

The items of the themes you selected and their metrics appear on the right in the themes content view.
From the themes content view, select the items you want by holding the CTRL key and clicking the items.

As you select the items, they are highlighted and the counter on the bottom indicates how many are currently selected.

You can select a maximum of 30 items.

To cancel the selection, hold the CTRL key and click the relevant item again.
After selecting all the items you want, click Create category from selected ().

The system navigates you to the Design Categories workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program., and the items are displayed in the VeryImportant Terms box.

In Very Important Terms, the items appear now with the NEAR operator. This operator is used to find interactions in which the terms of the relation appear close to each other.
