Exports List description

The Exports List displays the reports that you have generated along with all the other reports that you have rights to view. You can sort the columns in ascending or descending order, hide, or show specific columns or rearrange the columns.

Column	Description
Status	The status of the report, and can be one of the follwoing: In Queue (): the report is waiting to be processed. New Task (): the report has been created but has not yet entered the queue Entity that represents demand in WFM. Queues help predict workload by multiplying the volume of customer interactions by their expected handling time.. Completed (): the report has been created and is available for use. Failed (): the system was not able to create the report. Try to create the report again. You can point to each icon to view the processing status and details of each report.
Type	Indicates the type of data exported in the report. Report types: Export Charts (Excel or PDF) Export Interactions Product that assists contact centers increase operational effectiveness and improves the customer experience through full-time recording, powerful quality monitoring, compliance/liability management, rich reports, and an intuitive, dashboard-style interface. Report Name	Displays the name entered to the report. Link to download the report.
Creation Date	Displays the date and time when the report was generated.
Details	Indicates the type of data that the report includes.
Description	Displays a tooltip with a list of all the parameters selected for the report.
Size	Indicates the report file size.
Delete Report	Displays the delete icon. You can click this icon to delete the report.
