Transcript suggestion management
The Tune Transcript workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. provides a centralized location from which to view and manage suggestions submitted by employees as corrections for transcriptions.
The workspace displays up to 1000 of the most recent suggestions for the selected language-vocabulary pair.
Language model managers can review a suggestion, change the suggested term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. or phrase, and approve or reject it. The Export Suggestions wizard (
Export Suggestions), enables you to export all or a subset of approved suggestions for integration into the language model Repository used with Speech Analytics and Real Time Speech Analytics that contains words for a specific language, where each word has its own phonetic representation (one or more words) and frequency grade, for the purpose of accurate word recognition and subsequently transcription..

Suggestion retention time
Suggestions are purged from the system according to the suggestion state:

Approved: 10 years

Rejected: 10 days
Canceled terms are purged within a few hours.
