Workflow: Review and export transcript suggestions

Manage suggestions submitted by employees as corrections for transcriptions in the Tune Transcript workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program.. Follow the workflow to review and export the suggestions for the selected language-vocabulary pair.

Workflow 

1. Select model for transcript tuning

   Select the language and vocabulary for which to review suggestions in the Tune Transcripts workspace. The workspace displays up to 1000 of the most recent suggestions.

2. Review suggestions

   Review pending suggestions, and approve or reject them. Approved suggestions are manually exported for integration into the language model Repository used with Speech Analytics and Real Time Speech Analytics that contains words for a specific language, where each word has its own phonetic representation (one or more words) and frequency grade, for the purpose of accurate word recognition and subsequently transcription..

3. Export suggestions

   Export approved suggestions for the selected language and vocabulary to an external file. The file is saved with the user-defined name and a .pbpx extension in the Downloads folder. The file can then be imported into a Phonetics Boosting project for integration into a language model.

4. Import terms into language model

   Import the .pbpx file into a new or existing Phonetics Boosting project to integrate them to the language model. Import is supported for both Standalone and Connected modes.
