Configure Call Selection

Define if the Recorder Analytics Rule analyzes real-time interactions or historical interactions.

Before you begin 

Procedure 

  1. Select Call Selection.

  2. To select real-time interactions, do one of the following: :

    • To select all real-time interactions regardless of recorder rules, select Process All Real-time Calls (not recommended).

    • To select interactions based on Recording Rules, below Real-time Call Selection, move the required rules from Available Recording Rules to Selected Recording Rules.

      The Available Recording Rules box lists the capture rules you created in the Capture Rules page and the capture rules that are shared with your organization, group, or user account.

      Selecting more than one Recording Rule selects interactions that match any one of the selected Recording Rules.

  3. For historical call selection, which includes near real-time call selection, locate the Historical Call Selection section and then move campaigns from the Available Campaigns list to Selected Campaigns list.

  4. Click Save icon Save Changes .
