Configure Engine Settings

Configure settings for each of the engine types selected for the Recorder Analytics Rule. Engine settings are not required for the Metadata Detection engine.

Before you begin 

Procedure 

  1. Select Engine Settings.

  2. From the Engine Type list, select the engine type for which to configure settings.

  3. Configure settings for the Real-Time Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions. Engine:

    1. From the Language list, select the language to use for real-time detection of words and phrases.

    2. From the Vocabulary list, select the vocabulary to use for real-time detection of words and phrases.

    The rule is activated only for the selected language and vocabulary.

  4. Configure settings for the Real-time Linguistics (remote) Engine:

    1. From the Language list, select the language to use for real-time detection of words and phrases.

    2. From the Vocabulary list, select the vocabulary to use for real-time detection of words and phrases.

    The rule is activated only for the selected language and vocabulary.

  5. Configure settings for Voice Biometrics Engine:

    1. Configure Voiceprint Detectionto control how the rule performs target detection.

    2. Configure Voiceprint Verification to control how the rule performs target detection.

    3. Configure Advanced Settings.

    The minimum scores determine the Detected result. These thresholds work along with the Minimum score for potential target detections, configured for the Voice Biometrics Engine server role Entity that contains a logical, predefined set of components (system software or certified third-party software) deployed in the Data Center and Site Zones that provide specific functionality for the system., to determine the Potentially Detected result.     In most instances, you can accept the defaults for these settings. For more information about these settings, see Voice Biometrics Engine settings.

  6. Configure settings for Voice Enrollment Engine:

    1. Configure Voiceprint Detection.

    2. Configure Voiceprint Settings.

    3. Configure Identification Rules.

  7. To save changes, click Save Changes icon Save Changes .
